It's a good question, and I think hard to generalize. I guess those who like delicate, clean coffees aren't going to want too much of a heavy roast taste overlay. And perhaps those who want a body coffee, and like the rustic qualities are going to tend toward a little more roast development. But those are very very broad brush strokes to apply ... -T
Thanks for the video.. very informative. I know you provide a recommended roast level with each coffee you sell, but is it possible to generalize how you would roast each of the three categories of coffee that you just described?
