It had a great run, but today shrub says goodbye to El Salvador Finca Matalapa. We're glad that so many people got to work and play with this coffee as it has been one of our top sellers ever since we first swung open the doors. Keep your eye on the sky, er, shrub as we'll be launching a slew of new offerings in the next couple days from a number of different coffee growing regions. Oh boy, oh joy, oh golly gee!
