(01/12/10)
Happy 2010 everyone. In the next few weeks we will be adding some new exciting coffees to our offering list. This week we are adding a new DP Ethiopia, the Ethiopia Organic Guji Sidamo Maduro. The Maduro in the name refers to the maturity of the fruit when it was harvested, deep crimson. The results are an incredibly rich and fruited cup. We are also adding the Nicaragua Finca San Jose Java Longberry this week. For those unfamiliar with this coffee, its cultivar has an interesting backstory which we have our own theories about. Next week will see the additions of some other offerings, but also it will be your last chance to pick up the Guatemala Finca Concepción Pixcaya which will come of the list on Wednesday Jan. 20th.
