Three new coffees: two decafs and a Panama

Today we're putting up two decafs, Costa Rica la Magnolia SWP Decaf and Sumatra Mandheling WP Decaf, as well as a new Panama, Panama Boquete Volcancito Estate. For micro-roasters, one thing we think Shrub might be especially useful for is providing small lots of coffees that you might not want to want to buy in full-bag lots — premium decafs and robustas, in particular — so we're excited to start getting some decafs up for sale.
