Trystero Coffee in the LA Times

We’re always happy to see our Coffee Shrub customers get propers for all the work they put into roasting and Trystero Coffee in Los Angeles has a great writeup in the LA Times today. Greg Thomas started roasting coffee almost a decade ago, roasting beans from Sweet Maria's in a cast iron pot. He has since upgraded to a Diedrich IR-1 and now roasts and serves coffee from his garage in Atwater Village. It looks like a great spot!
