Upcoming Class: Roasting With A Gene Cafe

Upcoming Class: Roasting With A Gene Cafe
Dec. 18, 2018

Join us on January 25th for our Gene Cafe class. We are pretty excited because it will be our first event focusing on the Gene.

If you are thinking of getting one, we look forward to giving you all the info you need. If you have been using one for a while, you might learn something new or receive insight from other Gene Cafe-ers in the room.

The Gene is technically a drum roaster but unlike most machines in this category, it uses hot air to roast the coffee in a glass chamber that rotates off axis. This allows for a nice view of the roast process.

Please note, this is an in-person event that will take place at our location in Oakland, CA. We will do our best to live stream it on Facebook so you can watch it online during or after the event is over.

This is a free event but you must sign up to attend. Space is limited.

Email [email protected] to sign up.
