If you're having trouble getting a nice light roast in your Behmor, here's a quick tutorial that provides a good place to start. There are, of course, many variables to consider that affect your roast trajectory - the coffee you're roasting, the ambient temperature or your roasting area, whether or not you're roaster is clean (yes, clean it!) to name a few. This is meant to be a jumping off point and by no means the only way to roast light.
